5 steps to help anxiety

These 5 steps are how I support myself when I feel anxious.

These 5 steps are how i support myself when I start worrying or feel anxious.

  1. Acknowledge it and notice what it feels like in the body
  2. Accept it, it is totally normal and human to feel like this
  3. Support yourself - hands, breath, words
  4. Do one positive thing, bath/ move/ change your energy
  5. Nourish - drink water, eat well, rest lots
