I let go..

Letting go of what holds us back

I let it go..

I let go of guilt. I let go of the feelings of not being enough. I let go of giving time to the voices inside my head who are not kind or supportive. I let go of trying to be perfect. I let go of waiting for happiness just around the next corner. I let go of comparison and of caring what everyone else thinks. I let go of trying to live up to what I think society expects of me.

I let go to allow more space, quiet, presence and contentment.

Everyday I will continue to try to let go of what holds me back and doesn't serve me, to make space for what does..
