What do we notice?

Can we notice what we have?

So often we want more than we have. Whether it's material things, better jobs, trips or experiences. Always wishing time away as we work towards the next thing. Whilst it's so important to want more it can often leave us feeling like what we have is not enough.

Simply noticing or listing what we have that makes us happy from time to time is such a simple and yet effective way of reminding ourselves that there is plenty of goodness right here and now.
